OUR INITIATIVE TOGETHER
To YOU!
We fully express our gratitude for your partnering with us on the 12:01 Pilot Project. In 2019, Senator Spearman introduced a bill to allow IDA cards and their benefits to go to foster teens who aged out of the system and would lose their funding. The problem is that no one would put funds in those cards. We envisioned a comedy show fundraiser, but even then, these teens would be left unprotected, without fiscal responsibility and education, and still with no options.

We are presenting to you at , a project whose concept is simple. We gather all our collective resources to help 1 Teen Sur” thrive” post-foster care disenfranchisement. This project includes action on anti-sex trafficking and relief for section eight housing. The next post-foster care teacher, law enforcement officer, actor/actress, Senator, university President, and so on will, must come from this project. Please team with us to help just 1.

Our Impact
At Operation 12:01, we are committed to transforming the lives of post-foster care youth by equipping them with financial literacy, career training, and essential life skills. Through our partnerships and advocacy, we have helped young adults gain access to state-funded debit cards, secure employment opportunities, and build strong financial foundations for their future. Our collaboration with organizations like the She Ready Foundation and AllUp ensures that every participant receives the support they need to not only survive but “surthrive.” As we expand our reach and push for legislative change nationwide, our impact continues to grow—empowering more youth with the tools they need to succeed.
